BONZA’S SCOPE

Direct care

BONZA delivers its agreed cleaning and property-care scope. Any separate coordination duties and fees are defined before agreement.

SEPARATE ENGAGEMENT

Specialist work

Specialists quote, contract and invoice the owners corporation directly. Suitability and availability are assessed before engagement.

OWNER APPROVALS

Your decisions

The owners corporation retains approvals. Additional work follows its agreed approval process, with a nominated representative for communication.

FROM SCOPE TO FOLLOW-UP

A practical starting point.

  1. 01

    Share the scope

Send the common areas, existing routines, priorities and tender or renewal date. Arrange a site assessment where needed.

  2. 02

    Agree the proposal

Define tasks, frequency, access, responsibilities and approvals. Wider requirements are assessed separately.

  3. 03

    Record & review

Agree the service records and follow-up. CleanTrack supports visit, task, bin-area, issue and report records.

A few useful details.

Is this a building-manager appointment?

This is a building-care proposal. Strata agency and an appointed building-manager role are separate; a formal appointment requires its own agreement and owners-corporation approval.

Can wider services be included in the discussion?

Yes. Share the requirements so availability, specialist engagement and BONZA’s proposed coordination scope can be assessed before agreement.
